Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Elm & Ivy! Please review our shipping policy below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at [support email].

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, restocks), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Region	Estimated Shipping Time (after processing)
United States	3–5 business days
Canada	3–5 business days
International	5–10 business days

Please note: shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors like customs processing, weather, and regional carrier delays can affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — any active offers will be displayed at checkout or on our homepage.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [support email] — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Elm & Ivy is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delivery you didn't receive, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We're happy to assist by providing any documentation needed for your claim — reach out to us at [support email].

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping window, please contact us at contact@shoptrendspark.com with your order number, and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
